Competency demonstration report (CDR) is the pathway for Engineers whose degree/qualifications don’t fall into the direct accreditation category of Engineers’ Australia. Suppose you are a graduate engineer accredited by the Australian Education wing (Sydney Accord, Washington Accord, Dublin Accord). In that case, you don’t need a CDR for registering yourself as a registered engineer in Australia. Else, CDR is the only pathway for you to register yourself as a registered engineer in Australia.

The following documents are required for preparing a complete CDR application:

If you do not meet the requirements for your nominated occupation, you will be sent a letter stating that you did not complete the pre-migration skills assessment.
